Returns
Domestic Returns:
We want you to love your new items! If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you have purchased, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days.
To be eligible, your item(s) must be in the same condition that they were received - unworn and unused, with tags (if originally included), and in its original packaging. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, however we will provide you with a free return label.
Return Instructions:
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Select the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
For exchanges, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For returns, you should receive your credit to your original form of payment within 10 days.
International Returns:

- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Select the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

- Click Request return.
